As customers and fans of Crafted By Hand, we may hold some information about you (your name, email address, and in some cases, your postal address and telephone number). This is a short note setting out everything you could ever wish to know about how we collect, use and store this information. We use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list, and you can sign up for our newsletter here. You will only ever end up on this mailing list if you have signed up for the newsletter, or if you have specifically asked us to add you to it.
Whenever you we send anything to you, if you have won a draw or we are sending you leaflets for example, you give us sufficient information about you to enable me to process this.
The website provider we use, Weebly, has cookies enabled for this site to make sure your computer (or other device) is recognised when you visit here again. You can find out more about cookies in general here. Sadly they are not the edible kind.
Who has access to your information
In a nutshell, just Crafted By Hand! In fact, to be more specific, me, Josie Beszant (Masham Gallery owner) and Charlotte Morrison (ceramicist) we are the only people who ever has access to your information, and we never, ever, ever pass this on to anyone else (including our other businesses).
We use MailChimp as a way of managing Crafted By Hand’s mailing list, and your details are also stored on their servers (click the links to find out more about their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use).

We send out regular newsletters to those who have signed up to the mailing list to receive information about Crafted By Hand. This is the sort of thing you can expect to receive:

We may keep a copy of information on our secure (password protected) laptops.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and we will give you full details free of charge within 30 days. You also have the right to ask that your details be deleted, amended or transferred. If you ever change your mind about what information, if any, you want me to hold on your behalf, just contact us.

- IMPORTANT NOTE: When we talk about "information", we are only referring to your contact details. We never have access to your financial information when you make payments using PayPal, BigCartel (my online shop), WorldPay (for payments by phone/in Masham Gallery) or bank transfer. All sensitive financial information is held securely by the processing companies, and they never share this with us, or anyone else.
